Using a proprietary technique developed by Hakuichi, layers of gold leaf are intentionally textured to create soft, crater-like patterns—reminiscent of the moon’s surface. The result is a luminous, dreamlike composition that shifts subtly with light and perspective.

Rather than pursuing perfection, this piece embraces irregularity and natural variation, allowing the surface to evolve over time.

Designed to be mounted flush against the wall, LUCE integrates seamlessly into architectural spaces while offering a calm yet captivating presence.

Each panel is individually handcrafted. Variations in texture, tone, and patina ensure every piece is entirely unique.
