we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customer preference returns: customer responsibility (generally not accepted)
International Orders
Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
