A refined decorative plate depicting persimmons and a Japanese white-eye (mejiro), capturing the richness and warmth of autumn in Japan. The composition expresses abundance, calmness, and seasonal transition.

This piece is created using Hakuichi’s proprietary technique combining raised textures and delicate hand-drawn lines. Gold leaf and fine metallic powders are layered to produce depth, warmth, and a softly textured surface that changes with light.

Inspired by the artistic sensibility of Sakai Hōitsu, the work reinterprets traditional Japanese painting into a contemporary decorative form suited for modern interiors.
